Christmas Delivery
To ensure your pet products arrive in time for Christmas, we recommend placing your orders by December 16th for guaranteed delivery before Christmas.
While we will continue dispatching orders up to December 23rd, deliveries made after December 16th cannot be guaranteed to arrive before December 25th due to courier schedules.
Courier Holiday Schedule:
- Last collection before Christmas: December 23rd
- No collections: December 24th–29th
- Service resumes: December 30th (excluding January 1st)

Shipping Information
We are delighted to offer FREE Tracked Delivery on all orders over €49 (up to 30kg) across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Enjoy no surprises and excellent service with every purchase.
For orders under €49, a flat delivery fee of €4.95 applies.
Important Note: Orders exceeding 30kg may incur an additional charge.
Delivery Timeframe:
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and typically arrive within 2–5 working days.
Should there be any issues with stock, size, or color availability for your chosen items, we will promptly reach out to you via phone or email to resolve the matter.
Returns Policy
At Petworld.ie, we want you to be delighted with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.
In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 working days of the day following delivery.
For a hassle-free return process, please ensure:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging.
- A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is included.
If you have any questions about our returns policy or need assistance, don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team.
Damaged on Delivery
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, or an item sent to you in error, we will cover the cost of returning the item to us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For all other returns and cancellations, the cost of returning items will be your responsibility. If we do not receive the item back, we may arrange a collection from you at your expense.
Important:
- If your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, please refuse the delivery.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report the damage and provide details.
This prompt action helps us raise the issue with our courier service. Once we receive the damaged goods at our warehouse, we will promptly arrange a replacement for you.

Important Notes:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- If you’d like to exchange an item for an equivalent one, we will process the exchange upon receiving the original item. Standard shipping rates will apply to the replacement.
If the replacement item has a different price:
- We will refund the difference for lower-priced items.
- For higher-priced items, we will contact you to arrange any additional payment.
