The Supa Neutraliser Calcium Block dissolves slowly to help neutralise aquarium water while releasing calcium. It is suitable for cold water and tropical aquariums and vivariums, and also provides a calcium rich environment for turtles and terrapins.
Place the block in the aquarium. As a guide, one block in a 45 litre (10 gallon) aquarium should dissolve in approximately 2 weeks at 20°C to 25°C. Lower temperatures slow the block dissolving and higher temperatures speed it up. Change approximately 10% of the aquarium water weekly and circulate the water with a filter or air pump to help the block dissolve. For turtles and terrapins, place the block in the water in the vivarium.
Warning: not suitable for marine tanks.
