Fit the collar so the two contact points sit gently against your dog's throat. You should be able to fit two fingers between the collar and the neck.
Use it when barking is most problematic, such as when you leave the house or visitors arrive, and limit wear to 8 to 12 hours a day.
Check the skin under the collar daily. Do not use while swimming.
