Fleaway Plus Spot-On for Extra Large Dogs is an effective, easy to apply spot-on treatment for fleas, ticks and biting lice in extra large dogs weighing over 40kg. It combines two active ingredients: fipronil, a broad spectrum insecticide that disrupts the central nervous system of fleas, ticks and lice, and (S)-methoprene, an insect growth regulator that kills flea eggs on your dog and stops larvae and pupae developing, helping to prevent flea infestations in your home.

Which Size?

This pack is for extra large dogs weighing over 40kg. Each pipette contains 4.02ml of solution. Weigh your dog before treating so you choose the correct size.

How to Apply

Hold the pipette upright and tap the narrow part so the contents are in the body of the pipette, then snap back the tip.
Part your dog's coat at the base of the neck, in front of the shoulder blades, until the skin is visible.
Place the tip of the pipette on the skin and squeeze several times to empty the contents completely onto the skin in one spot, where your dog cannot lick it off.
Leave at least 4 weeks between treatments.

Important Safety Information

For dogs only. Never use on cats or ferrets, as this could cause an overdose. Not for use on rabbits.
Not for puppies under 8 weeks of age and/or weighing under 2kg.
Do not use on sick or convalescent animals.
Can be used in pregnant and lactating bitches.
Avoid bathing or swimming in watercourses for 2 days after treatment, and do not bathe more than once a week. Weekly use of an emollient shampoo after treatment reduces flea protection to about 5 weeks.
Do not let treated dogs sleep with owners, especially children, until the application site is dry.
The coat may look greasy or clumped at the application site for a while after treatment.
Treat all animals in the household with a suitable flea treatment. In heavy infestations, also treat bedding and vacuum regularly.
